Nilou vs Cyno: Who Is A Better In Genshin Impact?
Nilou has a very fun and attractive appearance which makes her a top pick for multiple players. According to some players, she is the most fun to play with.
Nilou is built specifically built to be a hydro enabler for bloom reactions. This character has a unique E-scale which help to infuse attacks with hydro or have her leave a ring that will consistently inflict hydro status to enemies.

The primary role of Nilou is to help trigger bloom reactions which will lead to generating specialized bountiful cores. These cores help prevent massive damage. Cores explode very fast all over the place which costs hits to the player. So having a healer is required.
The biggest problem about Nilou is that the player is restricted, that is, locked into a hydro dendro team to utilize the special blooms. This team is required by her passive, which means that no character for bloom or any freeze reactions or any animal character for assist and grouping.
However, Nilou is meant to function without them but being confined to only two elements puts unwanted restrictions on her with limited dendro allies.
On the good part about being locked to a specific team, players can technically use their outside hydro dendro, which is a plus point for Nilou as she is a powerful hydro enabler and can be used for other reactions with other elemental teams. Just the main role damage and contribution will not be used.

Cyno is a character that relies on a burst state to deal damage which will be his primary function. Gamers find Cyno similar to Xiao, Itto and Razor, with more or less strengths and weak points. Cyno is a great dendro enabler and on top of that he can uses other reactions like overload and electro charge. His main reaction is aggravate.
The problem with Cyno is that the player cannot play the reaction super conduct. He is not really meant for that. Some of the issues that the player might encounter are that the energy becomes very crucial as to use the elemental burst, however, Cyno does not have that much of a problem with it. His burst states cooldown will be reduced to mere three seconds which allows him to generate energy while in his burst state. It certainly helps.
Another issue with Cyno is that is burst uptime is too long. It is a problem because most support buffs do not last eighteen seconds per rotation, so it means that the player will end up with some damage towards the end of his burst time. Moreover his cooldown is also quite elongated to the player ultimately has to wait even if the burst time is manually reduced by about 4-6 seconds.
Even though both the players have their own strengths and weaknesses, they are extremely useful in certain combats.
