Bugs Set to be Fixed in the Upcoming Fortnite 18.30 Update

Epic Games Trello board gives us an idea of the bugs set to be fixed in the upcoming Fortnite 18.30 update.

Fortnite 18.30 update is supposed to come out on October 26th, 2021. The new update will probably introduce the Cube Queen skin challenges, new map changes, New Fortnitemares skins, and many other things.

But along with all of these changes, Epic also focuses on fixing some major bugs that the current version of Fortnite has. The official Fortnite Trello board keeps track of all these bugs that Epic plans on fixing.

Below you will find details about the bugs that are currently present in Fortnite and which ones Epic plans on fixing in the next 18.30 update.

General Top Issues and their Status:

Unable to fire Motorboat missiles in Battle Royale/Creative after exiting Party Royale. (Investigating)
Impostors: Eliminated players cannot hear non-eliminated players during Discussion phase. (In development)

Battle Royale Top Issues and their status:

Collection Book entries disappearing when using Performance mode. (Investigating)

Workaround–

Turn off Performance mode to see accurate Collection Book progress.

“Network Connection Lost” error when trying to join match as a spectator. (Investigating)
Weapons may sometimes disappear from Chests and Supply Drops. (Investigating)
Vehicles may desync when a player exits the vehicle. (In development)
Using the “Smash Attack” ability with the Sideways Scythe may result in fall damage. (Fixed in Next Game Update)
Red dot indicator no longer shows on compass when enemies are firing. (Fixed in Next Game Update)
Error message when trying to equip certain color combinations of Tricksy. (Fixed in Next Game Update)

Flying at the border of the island sends you away from the map. (Investigating)
Most items from Consumables Tab can not be registered with Capture Item Spawner. (Investigating)
Cannot copy/paste barrier device if it extends outside of the Island barrier. (In Development)
Copying devices in sets affects the amount of channels that can be received. (In Development)
